City Code of Ordinances
Short-term rental means any single-family residential structure, or portion thereof, used for lodging accommodations to guests for a period of less than thirty (30) consecutive days. No more than two (2) occupants per bedroom plus one (1) additional occupant are permitted to reside in a dwelling unit.Business License Requirements
