City Code of Ordinances
The City of Carrollton doesn’t exclude short-term rentals in single-family residential neighborhoods. The property would also be required to abide by all city codes and ordinances, especially the city zoning requirements, which state no more than 4 unrelated individuals may occupy or live in a single-family or multifamily home. The total occupancy load must also be in accordance with city policy.Ordinances and Zoning are subject to changes and should always be confirmed with the Carrollton Code of Ordinance.
Business License Requirements
All rental properties must be registered with the city’s Single-Family Rental Program. Rental registration is required to be renewed each calendar year.
