City Code of Ordinances
Ordinance No. 19-014 authorizes an STR as allowed land use in the RM-12 (single-family medium density) zoning district, the RMF-22 (multi-family) district, all non-residential districts, mixed-use districts, and the specially designated STR Zone. The owner/operator of a short-term rental must apply for and obtain a permit to operate the STR. All applications for STR permits will be processed online through ArlingtonPermits.comBuilding and Housing Standards
