City Code of Ordinances
Westminster City is currently looking into simple, sensible, and enforceable local policies that balance the rights of homeowners with the interests of neighbors, community members, and businesses for short-term rentals. At a later date, city officials will prepare research and recommendations on potential short-term rental rules to bring to the city's Planning Commission and City Council. The goal is to establish policy guidance on short-term rental goals and objectives and determine regulatory requirements that may be efficiently implemented. Sessions will be held in July and August 2022. For more information, visit Westminster Short-Term Rentals page.Is something not quite right? Registered users can suggest changes to this guide.
