City Code of Ordinances

Ordinance No. 6029 permits single-family residences to be used as short-term rentals (STRs) in the City of Roseville. According to the ordinance, homeowners can rent out their primary dwelling in full or in part to a maximum of six people for no more than 30 days at a time.
