City Code of Ordinances
Glendale's adoption of proposed ordinances that amend the Downtown Specific Plan (DSP) and Glendale Municipal Code, 1995, Titles 4, 5, and 30 prohibit vacation rentals and enable and regulate home-sharing. Short term rentals are banned when the host isn’t present during a guest’s stay. Refer to the Short-Term Rental Ordinance for more details.
