City Code of Ordinances

The City of Chandler does allow Short-Term Rentals. Visit Chapter 22 - SHORT TERM RENTALS for the code requirements and guidelines.

Business License Requirements

A Short-Term Rental Registration is required, which you can apply for using our online portal.

Building and Housing Standards
