City Code of Ordinances
A short-term rental is a dwelling unit rented for 29 days or less, and a short-term rental operator is an owner or party responsible for the property. Limit overnight STR occupancy to 2 adults (over 12 years old) per bedroom. Limit gatherings to twice the maximum overnight occupancy, but no more than 20.
