City Code of Ordinances
The City of Augusta currently does not have any regulations on short-term rentals. Presumably, these uses are allowed in all residential and commercial zones within our jurisdiction and not permitted in industrial zones. All businesses will require a local and/or a state license, and occupancy (number of occupants) cannot exceed what is normally permitted in the residential use categories.
