Short Term Lodging is defined as the duration of stays that are for a period of fewer than 60 days. Subject to the issuance of a Zoning Permit, the use is permitted in the City's Residential Office "RO," Commercial Office "CO," Commercial Arterial "CA," General Commercial "CG" and the Central Business District "CBD" and prohibited in all other zoning districts.
