City Code of Ordinances
San Luis Obispo defines vacation rentals as the renting out of an existing home or a new residential building for transient use that has been built following all applicable residential development requirements. This definition does not include the single tenancy rental of the entire residence for thirty consecutive days or longer.Business License Requirements
