City Code of Ordinances

Short-term rentals are unregulated in Fremont. The City does not currently have regulations that specifically address short-term rentals in residential areas. Ordinances and Zoning are subject to changes and should always be confirmed with the Fremont Code Enforcement and Planning Department

Business License Requirements
