City Code of Ordinances
Siesta Key allows short-term rentals with restrictions. Sarasota County allows the rental of dwelling units.Transient accommodation for less than 30 days is not allowed in single-family homes. Rental of a residential dwelling unit in an RMF District on the Barrier Islands may be granted under the special exception for fewer than 30 days. Visit the zoning map and view this document.
