City Code of Ordinances
Short Term Rentals (STR) are currently prohibited in the entirety of the City of Lakewood. If an STR is found to be operating and we receive a complaint, the Code Enforcement team will follow up and take action. City staff has prepared a draft ordinance permitting STRs in a limited fashion, but the draft has yet to be taken up by City Council.
